Enterprise, a national nonprofit that works with community development organizations to make​ good homes possible for the millions of families without one, needs a senior program officer for its new initiative Make It Home Cleveland (MIH Cleveland).

The senior program officer will play a pivotal role in leading the day-to-day management and execution of this innovative homeownership initiative. This position demands a dynamic, results-driven individual capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments and making tactical decisions to ensure the program's success. The right candidate will coordinate across multiple teams and partners to deliver on the program's objectives, fostering community development and enabling tenants to become successful homeowners.

City of Shaker Heights

The Shaker Heights economic development department is hiring a neighborhood network specialist to provide community-oriented neighborhood support and help advance neighborhood-based, bottom-up community organizing in Shaker Heights, primarily in the Moreland neighborhood.

The specialist will work directly with residents, community partners, and a cross-departmental team to support neighborhood engagement and community network building in Moreland—creating a connected community in which everyone feels supported and valued.

Cleveland Restoration Society

The Cleveland Restoration Society, the nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of Greater Cleveland’s historic resources and historic landmarks is hiring for three positions: a development and communications associate, a comptroller and accounting manager, and a Heritage Home Program associate.

The development and communications associate will leverage various communications platforms to drive donations, membership contributions, and community engagement. This is a hybrid work arrangement, in which the associate will work from the office two to three days a week and may work remotely the remainder of the time. The position required occasional nights and weekends for special events.

The comptroller and accounting manager is responsible for all accounting and business affairs of the organization with an annual budget of more than $3 million.

The Heritage Home Program associate is the main contact for homeowners using the Heritage Home Program loan and would primarily work with loan applicants from their initial application through project completion. This position includes working with homeowners, contractors, lending partners, and other Heritage Home Program staff to facilitate successful home repair/renovation projects for qualified homes.
