Today. Tuesday, Oct. 6, the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) is celebrating Customer Experience Day by recognizing our riders and the districts, departments, and individuals who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
GCRTA Customer Experience team members will be greeting riders at various Bus/Rapid stations and in Downtown Cleveland Public Square thanking them for riding GCRTA.
RTA officials encourage customers to stop by one of the following locations to connect with a, RTA Customer Experience team member to say hello, share a transit experience, grab a refreshment, take a photo, and collect GCRTA giveaways:
Greater Cleveland RTA Customer Experience Day 2025.• Tower City Station Rotunda Area (6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.)
• Cedar-University Station (6 a.m. to 9 a.m.)
• Louis Stokes-Windermere Station (6 a.m. to 9 a.m.)
• West Park Station (6 a.m. to 9 a.m.)
• West 25th Station (6 a.m. to 9 a.m.)
• Downtown Cleveland Public Square Area (11 a m. to 1 p.m.)
“GCRTA's success heavily depends on customer experience," says GCRTA general manager and CEO India L. Birdsong Terry. “We must treat positive customer experience as a necessity, not an extra. By putting riders first, we can accelerate our growth and build community bonds that last.”
