Celebrate the season across cultures at 'Christmas Around the World'

Northeast Ohio has been transformed into a global Christmas celebration at Avon’s Crushers Stadium with Christmas Around the World, offering a never-before-seen immersive experience filled with cultural wonder and holiday magic from across the globe.

A collaborative effort between the City of Avon, the Lake Erie Crushers, and USA Expositions, the same event company that produces Cleveland Oktoberfest, guests will be transported around the world in a multi-sensory holiday experience.

“We’re creating something Cleveland has never seen before—an experience where guests can explore the world’s most beloved holiday traditions, all in one place,” USA Expositions president Adam Roggenburk said in a statement. “From incredible cultural performances to delicious global cuisines, Christmas Around the World is designed to create lasting memories for families.”

Joy to the World

Guests will collect passport stamps as they visit 16 rooms that are designed by Broadway builders and artists to immerse people in the sights, sounds, and flavors of holiday traditions from around the world.

“Imagine stepping into a cozy North American log cabin, wandering through Greece’s illuminated tall ships, or celebrating Christmas at the beach in Australia’s giant sandbox,” said Roggenburk. “From Mexico to Italy and Africa, each country will highlight its unique traditions through live entertainment, authentic food, and interactive experiences that immerse you in the season.”
