Cleveland Metroparks today, Monday, May 18, announced the return of its popular Summer Concert Series, bringing live music back to Euclid Beach Park and Edgewater Beach—two of Cleveland’s iconic waterfront destinations—with eight weeks of Thursday evening concerts.
The free, weekly happy hour concert series kicks off on Thursday, June 11, with four consecutive Thursday night concerts at Euclid Beach through July 2 before moving to Edgewater Beach for an additional four-week run.
Concerts take place on Thursdays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., with live music beginning at 5 p.m.
Guests can enjoy happy hour in a beer garden and a variety of food offerings from Cleveland Metroparks concessions and food trucks—all set against the backdrop of Lake Erie.
“We’re excited to kick off summer with live music across our waterfront locations, including the return of our Summer Concert Series,” said Cleveland Metroparks CEO Brian M. Zimmerman in a statement. “These family-friendly concerts provide the perfect setting to connect with nature and enjoy great local music along Cleveland’s incredible shoreline.”
Two additional concerts include the New Philadelphia Steel Band on Friday, June 19, location to be determined, and The Jimmy’s Band on Thursday, Aug. 27 at Edgewater Beach.
The full schedule of all concert locations and updates is on the Cleveland Metroparks concerts page.
